Perfect for the person who would like to improve their performance in running, or just to have a more healthy diet, All Out Nutrition provides for a few options:  

  • All Out Nutrition Assessment – This plan provides you with your initial assessment and a plan for you based on your goals, your current lifestyle and your eating habits. 

 What to Expect:

  1. Assessment – Yes, just like with your running, you do have to do some work to get started!  To build your proper plan we will ask for a bit of history related to your eating habits and your "calorie expenditures."
  2. Generation of initial plan – We will provide, a basic plan for you outlining some some basic changes you can make to your diet.
  3. Initial Plan Review Meeting – A face to face meeting to review your plan, answer any questions, make sure we are in agreement and kick off your eating right!
  4. Goal Setting – The goals you set may be specific to what you are consuming or may be an outcome based goal (such as weight loss, cholesterol, or other factors that can be affected by your diet).
  5. Nutrition Review and Update of Plan – Each month we will review log against your eating / diet plans. 
  6. Meetings / Presentations – All Out Nutrition will conduct educational sessions throughout the year.  They may be on basic nutrition, foods for running, performance energy sources, and will included a nutritional shopping trip at least once a year.
  7. Guidance on Additional Resources – We'll point you to the best websites, books and magazines for nutrition and running!
