The All Out Running Club was formed to provide runners with a great support structure to further enhance and enjoy their running. As part of the club you will have the chance to find other runners of your skill level, take part in group runs and benefit from a great team atmosphere. As part of the club we'll look to you to actively provide ideas and assistance in improving what we have to offer.

WAIVERS
Signature Waiver: You consent and agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to access or make any transactions regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent, terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. Further, you agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to the validity of your electronic signature; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your signature or any resulting contract between you and All Out Running.

All Out Running Club Application Waiver: I know that running and volunteering to work in All Out Running races are potentially hazardous activities and I should not enter and run in All Out Running activities unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of an All Out Running or race official relative to my ability to safely complete a run or race.  I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in club races including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.  Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for membership, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release All Out Running, its officers and agents, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, including the Road Runners Club of America, its officers, directors agents and employees, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these club activities even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
